All products sold by NexusLabsCorp LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “NexusLabs”, are intended strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes only. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application.

Products are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They have not been evaluated by the FDA. No claims are made regarding their efficacy or safety for any use other than in vitro research conducted by qualified professionals in a controlled laboratory setting.

NexusLabsCorp is not a licensed pharmacy, is not subject to FDA drug-approval requirements, and is not a manufacturer, distributor, or seller of any drug product as that term is defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Age and qualification

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or institutional buyer purchasing for legitimate, lawful research purposes. False attestation voids your order and waives any payment-dispute rights provided in our Terms of Service.

Compliance with applicable law

You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, and use of these compounds complies with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations applicable to you. This includes — without limitation — U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) scheduling rules, state research-chemical laws, your employer's or institution's policies, and any applicable international, customs, or import laws if you are located outside the United States.

International buyers are solely responsiblefor their country's import laws, customs clearance, and any applicable restrictions on research-chemical importation. NexusLabsCorp accepts no liability for packages seized, delayed, or refused by customs authorities.

Institutional compliance (IRB / IACUC)

If you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, university, hospital, or any organization subject to Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) oversight, you represent that your research has received appropriate prior approval and that these products will be used in accordance with applicable protocols. NexusLabsCorp does not verify institutional approvals and bears no responsibility for the buyer's failure to obtain required authorizations.

Assumption of risk and indemnification

NexusLabsCorp makes no representation or warranty that any product is safe, effective, stable, or appropriate for any purpose, including but not limited to human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or experimentation on living subjects. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NexusLabsCorp LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of any law, regulation, institutional policy, or these Terms; (c) your false or inaccurate attestation regarding age or research-use intent; (d) any claim brought by a third party (including, without limitation, regulators, employees, customers, or research subjects) resulting from your handling, storage, distribution, or use of a product; or (e) any chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of our Terms of Service.

Limitation of liability

NexusLabsCorp LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from product use or misuse, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, regulatory or disciplinary action taken against you, loss of license or certification, third-party claims, or loss of business or profits — even if NexusLabsCorp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation survives termination of any agreement between you and NexusLabsCorp and is in addition to the limitations stated in §7 of our Terms of Service.

Anti-distribution

You may not resell, redistribute, donate, gift, or otherwise transfer products purchased from NexusLabsCorp to any third party. Bulk-quantity orders are intended for the buyer's own qualified research use only.

Safe handling

Research peptides are laboratory reagents and must be handled with standard laboratory precautions: appropriate personal protective equipment, fume hood or biosafety cabinet where applicable, temperature-controlled storage per the product's storage requirements, and disposal in accordance with your institution's chemical-waste procedures or, where no institutional procedure applies, your local hazardous-waste regulations. NexusLabsCorp provides storage and stability guidance on each product page but does not assume responsibility for safe handling once a shipment has been delivered.
