What purity level are your peptides and how is it verified?
All NexusLabs peptides are guaranteed 99%+ pure. Every batch is independently tested by accredited U.S. laboratories using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis ships with each order showing exact purity, molecular weight, and amino acid sequence confirmation.
Can I see a sample CoA before I order?
Yes. The Quality page shows a redacted sample CoA from a recent batch — the exact format you receive with every order: identity confirmation, purity result (target 99%+), endotoxin level, lab signature, and batch number. Each product page also shows the most recent batch CoA for that compound. You can verify the lab + signatures independently before purchase.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and how do I read it?
A CoA is a lab document that verifies your peptide's quality. The key fields are Purity (target 99%+), Identity (mass-spec confirms the correct peptide), Appearance (matches product description), and Endotoxin levels (below 1 EU/mg). Each CoA is batch-specific and downloadable from the product page.
What happens if a batch's CoA shows below 99% purity?
It doesn't ship. Our acceptance criterion is 99%+ identity purity verified by HPLC. A batch that falls below this threshold is rejected at the lab stage and never enters our customer inventory. This is why every customer-shipped CoA shows 99%+ — anything lower has already been pulled. We absorb the cost on rejected batches; the alternative is selling lower-quality material, which is not who we are.
How long has NexusLabs been operating?
NexusLabs is a registered LLC with EIN on file and lawyer-reviewed terms of service. We are a small operation focused on quality + documentation over scale — every batch is independently tested at U.S. laboratories before any vial ships. Our compliance posture, testing protocol, and Certificate of Analysis history are visible on the Quality page and on every product page. We are not the largest peptide vendor — we are positioning to be one of the most documented.
How should I store the lyophilized product?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are very stable. Short-term (under 3 months): cool, dark place at room temperature is fine. Long-term: refrigerate at 2-8°C or freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Properly stored lyophilized peptides can remain stable for 2+ years.
How fast do you ship and is cold shipping required?
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from fulfillment. Lyophilized peptides do not require cold shipping — they are stable at room temperature in transit. Every order ships in discreet, unlabeled packaging with full tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping availability varies by country due to customs regulations on research materials. Contact support for specific country availability. International orders may be subject to local customs fees and import duties.
Are these peptides for human use?
No. All NexusLabs peptides are sold strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are 21 or older, are a qualified researcher, and will use products in accordance with all applicable laws.
What is your return and refund policy?
Refunds and replacements are not automatic. They are issued only in two cases: (1) vials arrived broken on delivery — photo evidence required within 48 hours, or (2) the package never arrived and the carrier's tracking confirms non-delivery.
